For referring attorneys

We work with attorneys, wherever they practice, who have a personal injury, real estate, probate, or civil matter that belongs in Western Massachusetts, or outside their own wheelhouse. Refer it, bring us in as co-counsel, or retain us as local counsel in the Hampden County courts and the surrounding region.

We divide fees with referring counsel in compliance with Mass. R. Prof. C. 1.5(e): the division is in proportion to the work each of us does or reflects joint responsibility for the matter, the client agrees to the arrangement in writing, and each lawyer's share is stated in the client's written fee agreement. This is a low-volume, lawyer-to-lawyer channel, so the simplest way to start is to email Cornelius W. Phillips directly.
